1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Unroll the refrigerated Classic Pizza dough with parchment paper onto a baking sheet. Flip one half of the dough sheet over the other side to double up the dough.
2. Dust your hands with flour and fold the edges under slightly and round off the corners. Using your thumb or index finger, make indentations around the edges, evenly spaced.
3. Brush Pizza Bread with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt and herbes de Provence. Bake on the bottom rack of the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes until light-brown and serve warm.
