1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Unroll refrigerated Classic Pizza dough with parchment paper onto a baking sheet. Spread with pesto and top dough with an even layer of salami slices (leaving a margin of about 1/2 inch around the edges).
2. Cut olives in half lengthwise. Remove rind from cheese and dice coarsely. Evenly layer olives, arugula, and diced cheese onto the dough in a wide, lengthwise strip.
3. Dust your hands with flour, fold the dough over the filling, and roll it up. Shape the roll into a ring, place one end to close the other, and press firmly together.
4. Brush Pizza Ring with olive oil and bake on the bottom rack of the oven for 15-20 minutes until golden-brown. Serve warm.
