Greek Yogurt Fruit Pizza features a flaky puff pastry crust, vanilla Greek yogurt filling, fresh berries and kiwi for a healthier dessert option that is perfect for any party and ready in just 25 minutes!
1 pkg. Wewalka Puff Pastry
1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
1 kiwi, peeled and thinly sliced
3/4 cup strawberries, sliced
1/4 cup blueberries
8 cherries, halved
1/4 cup blackberries
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Lay puff pastry on a baking sheet- it is refrigerated and does not need to be defrosted. Poke a couple of holes in it with a fork. Bake for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, slice fruit.
- Remove puff pastry from oven when it is crispy and slightly browned. Let cool.
- Spread vanilla Greek yogurt over puff pastry and top with berries and kiwi.
- Slice and serve!
