This stuffed crust pizza is one for the books! This deliciousness is easy to make, super delicious and fun for the whole family! Make it together, it'll be a great date night for the family!
1 pkg. Wewalka Classic Family Style Pizza Dough
10 Mozzarella/Cheddar String Cheese, Unwrapped
2 Tbsp. Butter, Melted
1 tsp. Garlic, Minced
1/2 tsp. Italian Seasoning
3/4 cup Ledo's (my favorite) Pizza Sauce Available @ Safeway or Your Local Grocer
1.5 cups Shredded Mozzarella
1.5 cups Shredded Parmesan/Romano
1/2 cup Pepperoni
1 cup Sausage Crumbles I used Bob Evan's Crumbles, My Fave!
1/2 cup Bacon Bits
1 2.25 oz. can Black Olives
- Heat your oven to 400°F. Spray your sheet pan with cooking spray. Unroll the dough and place it, parchment paper down, onto the sheet pan. Press and extend the sides by at least 1 inch and place the string cheese around the inside edge, folding the extended edge over the cheese and pressing firmly to seal.
- In a small microwave safe bowl, add the butter and garlic and heat for 40 seconds; brush the mixture over the edges and bottom of the pizza and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Spoon your sauce evenly over the dough and sprinkle the Parmesan Romano shredded cheese over the sauce. Top with the other toppings, pepperoni first. Once finished, sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the pizza.
- Bake 35-45 minutes (we actually baked for 45 minutes because our pizza was LOADED!) or until crust is golden brown.
