Peach & Ricotta Pizza
with fresh arugula

Ingredients:
- 1 pkg. Wewalka refrigerated Bistro Style Pizza Dough
- 5 fresh peaches or nectarines, sliced into segments approx. thick
- 10 pieces of thinly sliced ham
- 8 oz. ricotta cheese
- 6 oz. fresh arugula leaves
- 1 Tbsp. fresh thyme, chopped
Bistro Style Pizza Dough
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 °F.
2. Unroll pizza dough on the enclosed parchment paper and place on a baking sheet or pizza stone. Spread the ricotta over the dough and evenly top with peaches and ham. Sprinkle on fresh thyme.
3. Bake the pizza for approx. 15 minutes, until crust is crisp and golden.
4. After baking, top pizza with fresh arugula leaves. Serve warm or at room temperature.
