Herb and Cheese Breadsticks
Try these simple breadsticks with fresh summer herbs and your favorite local cheeses.

Ingredients:
- 1 pkg. Wewalka refrigerated Puff Pastry dough
- 1 handfull mixed chopped herbs (Parsley, Basil, Oregano)
- 1/3 cup grated cheese, such as Parmesan
- Egg wash (1 egg and 2 Tbsp. of water, beaten)
Puff Pastry Dough
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 425 F.
2. Unroll Wewalka refrigerated Puff Pastry on enclosed parchment paper and place on a baking sheet. Cut the Puff Pastry into 12-14 strips, on the long side of pastry.
3. Brush the Puff Pastry with egg wash and sprinkle generously with mixed herbs and cheese. Twist each strip of pastry and stretch slightly to fit the parchment paper.
4. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown and puffed. Serve with alongside a salad or meal or alone as an appetizer.
