1. Heat oven to 425°F.
2. Whisk eggs and heavy cream together in bowl. Melt butter in a nonstick skillet and add egg mixture. Cook, lifting gently and stirring slightly to allow uncooked portions to flow underneath, 2-3 minutes or until set. Remove from heat and set aside.
3. Unroll refrigerated Bistro Pizza Dough on enclosed parchment paper and place on a baking sheet or pizza stone. Top with 4 slices of cheese, cooked eggs, bacon, red pepper and scallion. Cut remaining 2 slices cheese into quarters; separate pieces. Place cheese pieces over pizza.
4. Bake 10-13 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with cilantro, slice and serve.
