This pizza is easy to prepare and serve and the combination is out of this world!
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Toss sliced apples with 1 teaspoon of the cinnamon, lemon juice, flour, and granulated sugar. Set aside.
3. Make the streusel topping by combining remaining cinnamon, oats, brown sugar, flour and butter.
4. Unroll refrigerated Bistro Pizza Dough on enclosed parchment paper and place on a baking sheet. Arrange apples on pizza dough. Add streusel topping. Bake for 25 minutes or until crisp.
5. Remove from oven and top with caramel topping and salted chopped peanuts. Add additional salt if necessary.
