1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Unroll the refrigerated Flatbread Dough on the enclosed parchment paper and place on a baking sheet. Brush the dough with olive oil. Cut the dough into 12 even squares and then cut each square in half diagonally to form 24 triangles. Spread out on parchment paper so they bake evenly. Bake for approx. 12-15 minutes or until golden and crispy.
3. Let cool and then cover with cream cheese and sprinkle on the herbs and salt. Garnish with green olives.
