These creamy ham and cheese crescents are made with airy puff pastry and accented with jalapeños.
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Finely cut the ham and mix with diced jalapenos, sour cream, cheese, egg yolks, parsley and salt and pepper.
3. Unroll the Puff Pastry on the enclosed parchment paper and place on a baking sheet. Cut the Puff Pastry into 6 long triangles by cutting the dough in half and then making 2 more long cuts in each half. Place 1/6 of the ham and sour cream filling on the wider side of each triangle and then roll up towards the tip. Seal the contents and shape into a crescent.
4. Coat the crescents with egg wash and bake in the oven for approx. 12-15 minutes or until browned and nicely puffed. Serve warm.
