This is a sweet and savory gourmet pizza that is sure to please!
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Unroll refrigerated Bistro Pizza Dough on the enclosed parchment paper and place on a baking sheet or pizza stone. Spread the ricotta over the dough and evenly top with peaches and ham. Sprinkle on fresh thyme.
3. Bake the pizza for approx. 15 minutes, until crust is crisp and golden.
4. After baking, top pizza with fresh arugula leaves. Serve warm or at room temperature.
