1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. For the white sauce: stir together all sauce ingredients. Note: it is more flavorful to make the sauce one day in advance and store in the refrigerator.
3. Unroll refrigerated Bistro Pizza Dough on enclosed parchment paper and place on a baking sheet. Spread 1 cup of white sauce over pizza.
4. Pull salmon filet into small pieces and scatter over sauce. Spread out capers and green onions and evenly spread the 3 Tbsp. of parsley. Finally, spread the cheese over the top.
5. Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is lightly browned. Garnish with fresh parsley.
