This fresh and flavorful flatbread is perfect for brunch or as an appetizer.
1. Preheat oven to 400℉.
2. With a mixer or by hand, beat heavy cream until lightly whipped with soft peaks. Mix with Crème Fraîche, Wasabi paste, lime juice, and salt and pepper.
3. Unroll the refrigerated Flatbread Dough on the enclosed parchment paper and place on a baking sheet. Spread the Crème Fraîche mixture over the dough and bake for approx. 12-15 minutes or until crispy.
4. Cut salmon into thin strips and spread on pre-baked flatbread. Garnish with grated lime peel, arugula leaves and watercress. Cut into even squares and serve.
