This is a delicious solution for Thanksgiving leftovers... but you'll want to make it year round!
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Shred cooked turkey or purchase carved turkey from the deli counter. Alternatively, you can cook your own turkey breasts (see Recipe Tip) and shred.
3. Meanwhile, caramelize thinly sliced yellow onion on medium low heat with 2 Tbsp. butter. When caramelized and soft, add thinly sliced sage leaves and remove from heat.
4. Next, unroll refrigerated Classic Pizza Dough on enclosed parchment paper and place on a baking sheet. Spread pumpkin puree onto dough (or use leftover yams or sweet potatoes). Top with caramelized onion and shredded turkey. Finally, top with grated aged cheddar and dollops of cranberries.
5. Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
