Light and flavorful, this white pizza gives a new twist to traditional pizza!
1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. For the topping, finely chop garlic cloves. Cut onions into fine strips and braise in olive oil for 3-4 minutes while stirring. Add vegetable stock. Stir in 1 Tbsp. finely chopped thyme leaves. Season with salt and pepper and simmer over low heat for 5-6 minutes.
3. Unroll the refrigerated Classic Pizza dough with parchment paper onto a baking sheet. Use your fingers to form slightly raised and fluted edges around the dough sheet. Spread dough with an even layer of cream cheese and season with chili flakes, salt and pepper.
4. Distribute onions evenly over the top. Cut anchovies in half lengthwise. Cut black olives in half lengthwise. Sprinkle anchovies and olives onto the onion mixture.
5. Bake pizza on the bottom rack of the preheated oven for 8-12 minutes until golden-brown. Remove from the oven and serve hot.
