1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Unroll refrigerated Classic Pizza dough with parchment paper onto a baking sheet. Cut the dough in half crosswise and spread each half evenly with chili paste.
2. Dust your hands with flour and roll up the dough starting at the longer side. Shape each cylinder into a loose knot.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together egg yolk and milk. Brush dough knots with the egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake on the bottom rack of the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until golden-brown. Remove Pizza Knots from the oven and serve hot or at room temperature - for example, with hummus.
