Smoked Salmon & Watercress Flatbread
with fresh arugula
This fresh and flavorful flatbread is perfect for a brunch menu or as an appetizer.

Ingredients:
- 1 pkg. Wewalka refrigerated Family Style Pizza Dough
- zest of 1 lime, grated into fine strips
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1-2 tsp. wasabi paste or grated horseradish
- Salt and pepper
- 8 oz. fresh watercress
- 5-6 Tbsp. heavy whipping cream
- 4 oz. crème fraîche or sour cream
- 8 oz. smoked salmon
- Handful of fresh arugula leaves
Family Style Pizza Dough
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400℉.
2. With a mixer or by hand, beat heavy cream until lightly whipped with soft peaks. Mix with crème fraîche, wasabi paste, lime juice, and salt and pepper.
3. Unroll the pizza dough on the enclosed parchment paper and place on a baking sheet. Spread the crème fraîche mixture over the dough and bake for approx. 15 minutes or until crispy.
4. Cut salmon into thin strips and spread on pre-baked pizza base. Garnish with grated lime peel, arugula leaves and watercress. Cut into even squares and serve.
