This is an amazing combination for summer...delicious grilled pizza topped with a summer kale salad.
1. To grill the dough, wrap your grill grate in foil or place a large piece of foil across grate. Heat the grill on high and spray foil with cooking spray.
2. Unroll the refrigerated Classic Pizza Dough on the enclosed parchment paper and flip the dough onto the foil, peeling away the parchment paper from the top of the dough. Close the grill lid and allow 2-3 minutes on one side then carefully flip the dough. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until dough is done.
3. Let the pizza dough cool. While cooling, wash and chop kale into quarter inch thin strips. Place in mixing bowl and vigorously work the kale until it becomes soft and bright green.
4. Dress greens with the Caesar dressing. Spread the softened Mascarpone over the cooled dough and then top with dressed greens, hazelnuts, cherry tomato and Pecorino cheese.
