This crowd favorite is so simple but always impresses.
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Unroll the refrigerated Puff Pastry Dough on the enclosed parchment paper and place on a baking sheet. Cut a 2 inch strip off of the long side of puff pastry and place 5 Tbsp. of apricot Jam in the center of the dough. Spread out slightly. Place the the Brie in the center of the dough, on top of the jam, and wrap the puff pastry around the Brie, sealing together all the seams. Place the seamed sides down on the parchment paper.
3. Using the reserved puff pastry strip, cut shapes out to decorate the top of the dough. You can use a cookie cutter or free form. Place the shapes on the top of the wrapped Brie. Cut three 1 in. long vent holes on the top of the pastry and brush the entire pastry with egg wash.
4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the pastry is golden and puffy.
5. Allow the Brie to rest for 15-20 minutes before slicing. Serve warm with fruit and crackers.
