This is a home-made edible salad bowl... impressive!
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Unroll refrigerated Classic Pizza Dough and cut into 2 equal pieces. Form each piece into the inside of a small or medium-sized metal bowl.
3. Brush with 1 Tbsp. pesto. Bake inside metal bowl until golden brown, about 15-20 minutes. Let pizza bowls cool.
4. Assemble salad by tossing greens and tomatoes with balsamic vinaigrette.
5. Remove crouton bowls from metal bowls. Line bottom with prosciutto and add in mixed greens. Top with Parmesan shaves and serve immediately.
