1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Unroll refrigerated Classic Pizza dough with parchment paper onto a baking sheet. Using a tart ring or bowl with about a 6 inches diameter, cut out two circles of dough.
2. Use some of the leftover dough to form bunny ears, eyes and round noses and press firmly onto the dough. Spread each Pizza Bunny with 3 Tbsp. tomato sauce and sprinkle with 3 Tbsp. grated cheese. To make a nice and creamy Calabrese Tomato Sauce with your own ingredients: Peel 1 onion and 1 garlic clove and chop finely. In a saucepan, briefly braise onion and garlic in 1 Tbsp. olive oil. Peel 2 small carrots (about 1 cup), slice thinly, add to the onion mixture, and braise for 1-2 minutes. Add 1 can tomatoes (drained weight 1 cup [240 g]) and 1 cup vegetable stock, mashing the tomatoes slightly with a fork. Season with salt, pepper, 2-3 pinches sugar, and 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar. Simmer over low heat for 15-20 minutes and purée finely.
3. Bake Pizza Bunnies on the bottom rack of the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes and serve immediately.
