Aromatic and spicy curry sauce makes this pizza a tasty fusion.
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Briefly toast cashews in a dry frying pan over medium heat. Set aside.
3. Saute onions with garlic in olive oil until soft, and stir in curry powder. Add orange juice and reduce liquid slightly. Remove from heat and allow to cool, then mix with Crème Fraîche or sour cream and season with salt and pepper.
4. Unroll the refrigerated Classic Pizza Dough on the enclosed parchment paper and place on a baking sheet. Top the dough with the curry-Crème Fraîche mixture. Evenly distribute remaining ingredients, except for the oregano.
5. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes. Garnish with fresh oregano after baking.
