1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Place the unrolled refrigerated Classic Pizza dough on a baking sheet with the parchment paper, spread with Siciliana Tomato Sauce, and sprinkle with grated Mozzarella. Bake on the bottom rack for about 8 minutes until golden-brown.
2. Remove pizza from the oven, top with finely sliced Parma ham, and arugula, and finely shaved Parmesan and serve immediately.
