1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Unroll the refrigerated Classic Pizza dough with parchment paper onto a baking sheet, cut in half crosswise. Place one half on top of the other.
2. Dust your hands with flour and shape dough into Focaccia like bread. Fold the edges under slightly. Using your thumb or index finger, make indentations around the edges at evenly spaced intervals of about 1/3 inch.
3. Using a pointed knife, cut 3 to 4 diagonal slits into the dough on the left- and right-hand sides, and a long cut through the center. Use your hands to pull the dough slightly apart at the slits.
4. Brush Pizza Fougasse with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt and rosemary. Bake on the bottom rack of the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes until light-brown and serve warm.
