A must-have for any part, Jalapeño Poppers wrapped in flaky puff pastry!
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Drizzle garlic cloves with olive oil and wrap in aluminum foil. Roast in oven for 30 minutes.
3. Unroll refrigerated Puff Pastry Dough on enclosed parchment paper and place on a baking sheet. Slice the pastry into twelve 3×3 inch squares.
4. In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, bacon, cheddar, and garlic. Spoon cream cheese filling into jalapeño halves and wrap pastry squares around stuffed jalapeños. Arrange on parchment paper lined baking sheet.
5. Next, brush egg wash over poppers and bake for 20 minutes. Serve warm with popper jelly or ranch dressing.
