These crispy pizza sticks make a great appetizer or accompaniment to any meal.
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Unroll the refrigerated Classic Pizza Dough on the enclosed parchment paper and place on a baking sheet. Cut the pastry into strips, twist them and place back on parchment paper. Brush each twist with olive oil. Sprinkle some with sesame seeds and some with fresh herbs. Add some salt.
3. Bake for 12-15 minutes until crispy and nicely browned. Serve as an appetizer with cheeses, meats and olives, or to accompany a meal.
