1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Unroll the refrigerated Classic Pizza dough with parchment paper onto a baking sheet and spread with an even layer of tomato paste.
2. Dust your hands with flour and roll up the dough starting at the long side. Cut the log in half lengthwise leaving about an inch of dough uncut at the top. Braid the two halves of dough together and form heart shape or wreath. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with coarse sea salt.
3. Bake the Pizza Heart on the bottom rack of the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until golden-brown. Serve hot or at room temperature – for example, with guacamole or cheese dip.
