1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Take the refrigerated Pie Crust Dough out of the fridge 15 min. before usage. Unroll the tempered Pie Crust Dough and place on a baking sheet. Cut out six equal sized circles (or other matching shapes).
2. Combine tuna, anchovies, artichoke hearts, Ajvar, cream cheese, and lemon juice. Purée in a blender. Season to taste with salt and cayenne pepper.
3. Place 2 Tbsp. of the tuna mixture in the center of 3 dough circles. Cut an “X” onto the center of the remaining dough circles and place them on top of the filled circles, pressing the edges together with the tines of a fork.
4. Bake tuna hand pies on the bottom rack of the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and serve hot or at room temperature.
