This bread is a favorite side dish all year round.
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Unroll refrigerated Classic Pizza Dough and place with parchment paper onto baking tray. Brush with melted butter then top with chopped herbs and Parmesan cheese.
3. Roll up dough, beginning from the short end. Starting one inch from top, cut length-wise through the roll, dividing the dough into two pieces that remain connected at the top of the roll. 'Braid' the roll by repeatedly looping the dough, end over end.
4. Bake for 20 minutes, until golden brown.
5. With electric mixer, make cheese spread by combining goat cheese, cream cheese, roasted garlic, heavy cream and salt. Top cheese spread with smoked paprika and serve with braided bread for dipping.
