Do you love Spinach and Artichoke dip? Well, now you can pair it with your other love... PIZZA.
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Heat a small skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and the garlic. Cook for one to two minutes, until the garlic is fragrant. Remove from heat and add the basil, lemon juice, pepper and salt. Set aside.
3. Unroll refrigerated Classic Pizza Dough on enclosed parchment paper and place on a baking sheet. Brush garlic oil on pizza and then spread spinach. Top with the mozzarella cheese, then the artichokes, then scatter on the blue cheese crumbles and finish with a sprinkle of the pine nuts.
4. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove and top with basil. Let sit five minutes and slice and serve.
